Production Process

1. Inner Shell Forming
The PET material is injection-molded into a rigid oval basket shell, defining the overall shape and providing structural support.

2. Layered Rope Wrapping
Cream paper rope and metallic gold rope are alternately wrapped around the PET shell in horizontal sections, creating a white-and-gold striped appearance and fully covering the body, rim, and base.

3. Handle Assembly
Fabric webbing is cut into carrying handles and aligned with both sides of the basket. The handles are secured with metal rivets to improve strength and carrying stability.

4. Edge Finishing & Reinforcement
The rim is neatly finished, loose thread ends are reinforced and trimmed, and the final product is cleaned for a polished appearance.
