After wrapping, adhesive is evenly applied to the paper rope surface and glitter is sprinkled across the exterior, allowing the shimmer to adhere to the rope texture and create an all-over sparkling finish. Excess loose glitter is removed after curing to achieve a cleaner final appearance.

Production Process

1. Inner Shell Forming
Biodegradable PET is injection-molded into a tapered planter shell, creating the rigid structural base.

2. Paper Rope Wrapping
Paper rope is tightly wound around the PET shell in horizontal layers, fully covering the planter body and forming the woven appearance. The rim is finished with a reinforced rolled edge.

3. Glitter Application
Adhesive is evenly applied to the wrapped paper rope surface, then glitter is sprinkled over the exterior so it bonds to the rope texture and creates a full sparkling finish.

4. Final Finishing
Excess loose glitter is shaken off and removed, the adhesive is allowed to cure, and the finished product is cleaned and finalized.
