Production Process

1. Inner Shell Forming
The inner pot is injection-molded from biodegradable PET into a tapered shape, creating a strong and stable base structure.

2. Paper Rope Wrapping
Paper rope is tightly wound around the PET shell layer by layer, fully covering the outer surface and creating the main woven appearance.

3. Jute Lace Stitching
Decorative jute lace is neatly sewn around the upper rim in layered sections to create added texture and dimension.

4. Finishing & Trimming
Loose fibers are trimmed, thread ends are reinforced, and excess stitching is cleaned for a refined finished product.
